Proposed Changes To The IBC Rules

Dear IBC members,

As mentioned in the IBC Member bulletin and published AGM Agenda, below is a link to the recommended changes to the IBC rules (to be read in conjunction with the current rules). These will be voted on at the AGM, on the 11th March. Should these be approved then they will have primacy over what is currently in our rules and code.
