Martyn and Clive, Roy’s sons wrote the following:
The family would like to take this opportunity to sincerely all those Clerks who have sent in such kind words about Dad together with sympathy and support which have been gratefully received. After a career spanning a period of 68 years within the same Chambers, Dad naturally got to know quite a number of people, many becoming his good friends.
