HMCTS Communication Questionnaire – Findings Submitted

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete and share the IBC’s recent questionnaire on communication with HMCTS.

We have now submitted the findings to HMCTS. Alongside the IBC’s report, we have provided the original questionnaire and the full survey results, including the comments received, so that HMCTS has the complete picture of members’ experiences and feedback.

The purpose of the exercise was always to support constructive engagement with HMCTS and help identify practical improvements to the way urgent operational communications between the Bar and the courts are handled.

We are now moving into the next stage of discussions with HMCTS, focusing on potential solutions and suitable adjustments to the current arrangements.

Thank you again to everyone who contributed. Your responses have provided an important evidence base for those discussions.
