Have you ever wondered why you get on better with certain types of people and maybe struggle with others? Much of this can be put down to our Personality Profiles.
This practical session will give you the opportunity to understand the four different Personality/behaviour Profiles, how to recognise them and tips on how to adapt your behaviour – helping you to turn bad relationships into good ones and encouraging good relationships to be even better.
The session very much focusses on practical rather than theoretical elements such that learning can be put into practice with immediate effect.
The session will cover the following:
- Understanding the Four Profile types
- Recognising the impact you have on others
- Spotting the Personality Profile of others
- The importance of being versatile in your approach with others
- Q&A
Joint working with Haynes Consulting & Institute of Barristers' Clerks.
