As you may be aware, a significant focus for the Bar Standards Board (BSB) is ensuring equality within the profession. Such is the importance of this topic, they have mandated certain actions which are required to be taken by chambers, clerks and barristers along with an indication that more is to come. The BSB are recruiting additional staff to monitor adherence to the new requirements.
