Everything a Clerk needs to know about Contentious Fixing – Hybrid event

On the 27^th of November, the IBC’s Education Committee will be hosting a contentious fixing session; the panel consists of two previous Listing Officers who are now clerks, together with a Chancery Listing Officer.

The panel discussion will look at ways clerks should approach contentious fixing; tips and tricks of how to fix well by getting the most out of your instructions and also getting the best dates for your Counsel. The panel session will also look at both sides of fixing from the view of both a Listing Officer and the clerks.

This fixing session will cover the Chancery Bar, Commercial Bar and Family Bar, to best help all clerks from different practice areas.

This session will take place from 6:15pm at 3 Verulam Buildings but will also be hybrid for those clerks who cannot attend in person.
