Rules

The IBC is governed by a set of Rules and a Code of Conduct.  First drafted in 1972 these rules have continued to the promote and protect the interests of the membership of the IBC.

Members should be familiar with all matters set out herewith and should aim to guide and advise members of his or her chambers and ensure that at all times, these codes are adhered to.
