Our consistently ranked criminal team comprising of 29 members with 2 King’s Counsel, is one of largest and most highly respected in the South West. We are seeking a senior criminal clerk to lead in its continuing progression and development.

Key requirements

Candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• A high level of experience and success in criminal clerking.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Experience of successfully driving improvements and effecting change.
• Success in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong and clear communication skills.
• Highly-developed problem-solving ability.
• An understanding of the range of challenges which can arise in a busy clerking environment and the skills needed to resolve them.
• Ability to lead by example in setting high personal standards.
