Distribution of Work reporting in LEX – demo and what you can do next
29th April 2025
1pm – 2pm
Online

As you may know, Opus2 have recently introduced a report called ‘Distribution of Work’. This report allows sets to report on work done by protected characteristic. It produces the data in both a summarized and detailed format, allowing sets to review their data at various different levels. The purpose of creating the report is to allow sets to focus less on the lengthy administrative processes that were involved in producing and summarizing this data, and more on the outputs. The report looks at work done and is particularly useful when looking at both distribution of work by work done, and identifying any gender pay gap concerns for further exploration.
Nick Hartwell and Claire Walker of LEX have kindly agreed to demo the report for us during this lunch time session, and Rachel Krys from Bar Council has also agreed to join the event to provide some guidance on what you can then do with that data, at a set, practice group and individual level. This will be particularly useful for individuals who have responsibility for distribution of work reporting, and for anyone undertaking PRMs. Please join us at 1pm on 29th April for this lunch time online event (it will last no longer than an hour). You are welcome to join in a group from a conference room if it’s helpful.
